Signature Kitchen Suite commissioned this kitchen for their fall 2022 catalog, aiming to create a dramatic and spacious atmosphere. To achieve this, we incorporated a range of materials with biophilic tones, textured matte finishes, matte metals in black, burnished bronze, and steel, concrete, raw oak, porcelain, and statement stone and of course, SKS stainless steel appliances.

Layered lighting was utilized to emphasize specific areas in the kitchen, such as workstations, dining areas, and lounge areas. The lighting scheme included a combination of ambient, task, and accent lighting, strategically placed to create a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. Pendant lights were used to provide focused task lighting above the kitchen island, while under-cabinet lighting highlighted the countertops and backsplash. Wall sconces and were added near the dining and lounge areas to create a cozy and comfortable ambiance.
